Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Prior work experience in an office setting is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients

Payroll Associate

Roles and Responsibilities

Tax and Accounting Manager

Krishnan Company is hiring a Tax and Accounting Manager that has functional accounting processes, is results oriented with knowledge in various accounting and finance fundamentals.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management or Equivalent.
  • One or more years of work experience in job offered or related.
  • Position requires CPA License in Georgia.
  • Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage over 400 SMB and Enterprise clients for all financial reporting, tax reporting, planning and compliance.
  • Provide consulting and advisory services on fixed asset studies and cost segregation studies.
  • Advise clients on various tax incentives and liaising between client and tax incentive group to obtain tax credits and associated tax benefits.
  • Guide clients in determining various tax credits such as Federal research and development, Land conservation, GA Film Tax Credits, WOTC in Federal and States.
  • Expertise in financial statements for GAAP compliance and accurately report financial data.
  • Report multi-state payroll, sales and income tax along with filing and audits, as applicable.
  • Consult on creating corporations’ types and entities.
  • Supervise and review payroll and sales tax reports such as 941, 940, 941-X, etc. as required for Audit purposes.
  • Train and mentor junior staff in preparation of complex and multiple state tax returns and recording accounting transactions.

Sales Tax Associate

  • Ensure tax calendar for sales and use tax filings and/or licenses are maintained to reflect current filing requirements.
  • Compile, analyze, and research data for licenses & sales tax return compliance and audits.
